In her experience at Reliance Industries Ltd prior to joining InvestHR, she has worked in Talent Transformation, Retention and Development fields. While working on Training strategies, she worked closely with Retail operations and used SAP for Store Operations. Piya has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XISS and completed the Human Resource Certificate Course from Cornell University in 2011.

Raya brings with her experience in Search and Recruitment of professionals in the Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing sector with top Indian companies across levels. She has Bachelors in Computer Application and an MBA in HR from Gujarat University.

Richa has extensive experience in recruitment, (executive search specifically) and account management. In her tenure with Elixir Web Solutions and Ma Foi Randstad, she has worked with several clients in the Banking/Financial /Insurance , Technology, Automotive, Energy, and Life Sciences verticals across service offerings. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, USA.

Sheetal has around 4 years of holistic experience in the Human Resource Management field, with exposure to Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management System, Training & Development and Employee Engagement. She has also worked extensively on HRIS systems. Sheetal is a Bachelor of Engineering and also has an MBA from Nirma University & PGD-HRD from MS University.

Roshni is experienced with end-to-end Recruitment process. She has experience with Mafoi Management Consultants and Wipro Infotech prior to joining InvestHR. She is a BCA graduate with PGDPM from XISS.

Kavita has over a decades experience across various Human resources functions with special focus on sub-functions like Talent management, employee communication and engagement , talent development and legal compliances. She holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Masters in Labor Law from Pune University.

Brigadier Mohan Thadani (Retd) has served in the Indian Army for more than three decades. He specializes in telecommunications, and information technology. During his service he was involved in software development, database management, and MIS. After leaving the Army, he worked in two software development companies, i.e, Zensar Technologies and Tata Technologies, in the training, competency development, and mentoring processes. He was a process owner of these processes in the successful level 5 PCMM and CMMI assessment of Tata Technologies.
