Brigadier Mohan Thadani (Retd) has served in the Indian Army for more than three decades. He specializes in telecommunications, and information technology. During his service he was involved in software development, database management, and MIS. After leaving the Army, he worked in two software development companies, i.e, Zensar Technologies and Tata Technologies, in the training, competency development, and mentoring processes. He was a process owner of these processes in the successful level 5 PCMM and CMMI assessment of Tata Technologies.
