As an HR Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, led engagements in Organization Structuring and Design, Compensation and Benefits survey and structuring, Executive Search and Outsourced HR services. Subsequently managed HR and technology recruitment for iGate Solutions at the India development center. She leveraged her experience to manage global HR function for a startup IT services and solutions provider.

Currently in an entreprenuerial role; managing an Executive Search company focussed on the Indian IT companies. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) and Masters in Labor Law from Pune University.
